antifade play problem

My whole rear end has play in it and moves from left to right. In this pic u can see the snap ring and the anti fade locknut. There's a gap between the two. How do I fix this?

I've never used an antifade before but just from looking at it I'd say you need to loosen the allen set screw. Then back the antifade off until it's up against the snap ring and retighten the set screw.

Just like ACE said..screw that nut over against your ring. not super tight though. And you should check your rear end every time you spray your chain just to make sure everything is tight. It will sure save you some $$$$
