whast the bore on a 265 cylinder? like .60 over or .65 over? n is it a 66.75mm?

68.00mm, 261.48165ccs
68.50mm, 265.34110ccs long as it is under 266ccs

would i feel a difference goin to a 265 bore? its .60 now
