I am planning on buying a Curtis Sparks exhaust and I know i will need to rejet. What is involved with rejetting? Will it take a ton of work or will i be able to do it in a few minutes? I do have lots of time working on car carbs. thank you

do a search, there are a million posts about jetting.

it is easy and you can change the mains in 5 min. but the trial and error may take a little longer.

You have an 05 with an HRC kit ur sig says?

If your already jetted for the HRC kit and have the HRC lid or no lid then ur jetting should be really close.
Your main and needle should be dead on.

The only thing that might be a little lean is your pilot, if you get popping on decel when you put the pipe on up the pilot from the stock 48 to a 50.

Slap the pipe on and go for a ride before you touch anything.
