A-arm shopping......

What exactly is an adjustable caster?? I'm sure it's a nice option, but for a non-competition rider is it something I really should be looking for??
Also, if I get LT arms (or just wider arms) will I need to mess with the steering stem at all?

Caster refers to the amount of front to back tilt that the spindle has. If you look at the spindle from the side of the quad with the front tire removed, it won't be straight up and down; the top will be slightly farther toward the back. The more you lay the spindle back, the slower your steering response will be - but the up side is that it will be less twitchy down a fast straight. Caster adjustment is nice for a serious racer, but I don't think it's absolutely necessary for the average joe.
Wider a-arms, LT or not, should have no affect on your steering stem. Obviously, you'll need longer tie rods and brake lines, but that's about it.
