anyone with work shocks i need help!

ok i just got my new works at steeler triple rate front shocks. i put them on and when i push down on the front end it makes a loud like squshing noise. is that a normal sound? also the spacers or what ever they call them. the 3 silver rings move all about and rattle are those spose to be tight or what. someone PLEASE who knows for sure help i want to ride!!! thanxs

My steelers did that too...I sent them out two weeks ago to works preformance to get rebuilt and I havent heard back from them yet. I had an older set with remote rezzies.

just go ride on them, they are ok, that just the shock oil moving around in them, perfectly normal, and the silver things(bushings) you say are moving around are normal also i believe, the sets i have had did this also, just bolt them up and go ride.
