i was wondering if anyone had any opinions on pre-1960 shotguns and which ones were the best.

I would like to start collecting vintage guns but only the ones that were worth it.

My money would have to be on the whinchester model 12, one of the most reliable guns ever made. I could be a bit partial because a 1926 model 12 in a 12 gauge bore was my first gun.
