lol its not often i hear people call them crawdads. i work at a crawfish dock, we transport at least 1,500 sacks daily, thats 29-50 lb.s sacks. i love crawfish, we boil them at least 4 days a week, i eat that from breakfast, lunch and supper. they're just as good cold the next day than they are hot. how much does everyone buy crawfish for in other places?

throw some red potatoes, corn on the cob and some fresh sausage in the pot when u boil....thats a meal. the best crawfish down here come from the river basin in belle river.

omg i use to go to the river all the time and catch some for fun. The big ones scared me cause they would pinch and make me bleed. Whats weird is they swim backwards and i watched one swim right into a bass's mouth or w/e kinda fish it was.
