Ok sorry this is a noob question but, this is my first try at jetting. I just got done reading some of the articles here so I want to make sure Im buying the right jets...
07 400ex Uni air filter(w/ lid on) and hmf exhaust. 1000ft elevation, temps are between 70-90f summer and 30-40f winter. So am I good with a 40 pilot and 152 main, or should i go 42 and 155? Thanks for the help!...

Try 40 and 152 for summer and 42 and 155 for winter. I would also try moving the clip on the needle down one notch.

With the lid on a 40K Pilot jet will be fine. I bet either a 152K or 155K will be what you need. I would start with the 152K.

2005 and Up 400EX quads have non-adjustable needles. A needle adjustment should not be required with your mods anyways.
