good deal?

there is a 2003 400ex at a local car dealership for sale and they are asking $2900. it has extended a-arms(i think they are +2), extended axle, houser swing arm, new shocks,racing nerfs, dg bumper,440 big bore, hmf exhaust, razrs all the way around, renthal bars, carbon fiber hood scoop, and i'm sure it has more but i didn't have much time to look at it and it's at a car dealership so they didn't know much about it. i rode it and it runs and drives great. does this seem like a good deal or is it just a normal price for this, thanks

That's a great deal, if it looks clean and has all of the above what you said is on it plus more, id offer him 2700, or them, if they don't take it, i'd then pay the $2900.00 for it, good deal.
