alright so im trying to get my moms old 400 runnin so i can sell it for her and its not running right. its been sitting in the garage for about 3 years so im guessing the gas is no good. so i drained that and gave it a few shots of carb cleaner and she started right up. but it wont idle and it backfires in low rpm's on decel. The bike is completly stock and it ran perfect before now. so i was thinkin i need to take apart the carb and what not but i wanted to get your opinion on what might be wrong. also i have never played with jetting on any of our quads so im a rookie.
