what do i do about a person who i sent a money order to that wont send me the parts?

nothing if he already cashed it thats why you should always do stuff localy or through pay pal srry bud you might have got burned.

Just a thought but you might list his name/address on this
site or user name if its e-bay.

Maybe someone will know him and push him to complete the deal, or if nothing else, prevent someone else from getting scammed by the same LOSER.

How long has it been since they cashed your money order? Go to their house is just about as much as you can do.
