I have one race left and Im going to do a whole rebuild. Doing away with the 295 setup. Its a pain with the head gasket. Going to a 68mm piston and sticking with 86 crank. I have a big bore sleeve Im going to use because of the thicker skirts. Latest pic here from last weekend. Started last got up to second and blew a head gasket. Only two stroke besides a banshee in the c class. I love smoking the four strokes.

do you have any good pics of your Cr500 set up? i heard so much about them, what is the pros and cons of them?? same question for the T pin front end??

sorry I dont have pics of the rear end now. I dont know why the companies have not copied it. Its good because of the shock angle and the link. The link keeps the angle of the shock straight while it compresses. Its an awesome engineering set up. Most shocks angle down and back. The only down side is you need a frame, swing arm, and very expensive shock to all mate up. So is the extra travel worth it? I notice people in front of me in the race getting bucked of there seats while I can stay on my seat. I went from a banshee to this set up so im very impressed.

so a Cr500 link is about as good as running a no link rear end?? i seen no link swing arms are popular too. i have stock linkage on my R right now. What about the T pin front end, how is that superior to stock or any other set up??

I cant tell you about the no link because I have never tried it out. I know a guy I raced with that had a lonestar frame and with lobo arms and no link rear. He said it was better for mx and he liked mine better. The t pin is nice until it needs repair. Mine is loose now but Im finding I might be able to repair it myself.

ic, i have never been able to run a no link rear end or a CR500 so im clueless...lol nice 250r
