hey guys i am a big drag racing fan and me and my dad have a pro street 69 mach 1 stang with a stroked 351 out to 414 on motor it will run maybe low 10's high 9's on the spray mid to low 9's not bad for a street car.

My buddy has a '66 Nova SS, 383 stroker soon to have a 671 B&M Supercharger , Mighty Demon 850 carb, Pro Comp CNC Ported Heads, Flowmaster 40 Series mufflers and Hookers Super Competition headers.

here's my dad's buddys pro mod. its pushin around 2 thousand hp, and its tuned down:eek: . he's made 3 full passes with this motor and its still runnin' pretty strong.

and trx400extreme thats a decent amount of power my friends car had a small turbo motor that made a touch over 2000 horse now he has a big block in it.

here is a bad run for that car but it shows the power of it now remeber this is a outlaw 10.5 car

My dad used to own a 69 Nova with a 454 that was worked , coil over drag suspension , tubbed , caged and the works for drag racing . He used to run the Semi Pro class and did fairly well . The car was street legal too .... all the glass was still in it , all the fenders , lights , horn , everything . He sold it to build a 69 Barracuda 340 Fastback that is a driver .


I plan on getting a drag car within the next few years . I loved it when I was at the track every weekend .

nice car!! the only reasson i stang does not get out much is the gas is terrible and she gets about { } much to the gallon and she is not a pump gas car so it ge pricey.

thats a nice car. i want to do a ls1 motor so bad, they are pretty easy to build power, they have a race team that all there cars are ls1 powered and the one is going in the 6's.

thats cool. i love our mustang like a kid, we did the interior ourselves (and will never do another by ourselves again) it was such a pain in the butt to do with the roll cage and tubs that the rear half of the car is just going to be painted black to match the carpet and the tubs will be left polished.

i got my mach i posted pics of a few weeks ago... 350rwhp with just bolt ons and a tune... ran a 12.4 last weekend on borrowed 315/35/17 nitto 555R drag radials...

yeah my cousins got a sick 1999 mustang gt with a 501 stroker motor in it and a supercharger. its a sick car and used to be his daily driver until he bought a caviler. he hasnt been able to take it to the track yet because he doesnt have slicks and spins the tires til 4th gear with his tires now but he tied a gsxr1000 and smoked a gsxr600 just the other day.
