GWC stage 2 4 stroke kit or tc pipe

in the GWC(goldenwest cycle) ad in atv action they have a stage 1 kit for $320 which has pipe k&n and main jet and a stage 2 which has stage 1 and a complete 38mm carb kit for $560or shou;d i just get a tc pipe and K&N power up kit which would come out to about $450
what is beter for me for now i have a stovck motor so i dont know if the carb will help much.
ineed help i wanna get the right stuff now and i dont wanna blow 600 bucks

if the stage 1 kit has the pipe u want id get it. if not the tc pipe and power kit. u wont need the carb unless u got like 440 or somthin. like that
