Does anyone know where I can get a pipe guard for my 2004 400ex with a White Bros. Header? I have searched and searched. Eline used to make a carbon fiber, but just discontinued it. Please let me know. Thanks
whati did with my wifes 400ex was take the clamps off my 450r guards and use them...it was a little tight on the big gun getting it to fit, but it worked and now she won't be burning a hole in her riding gear

FMF sells one
You could make your stock guard work easly. Just look at how the fmf quard is.

I had the same exact problem with the wb headers. all i did was weld a set of nuts on to the side of the pipe and bolted the stocker up. however it fell off after the first race. I would suggest getting as large of nuts and bolts as you can and using loctite.

I just bought a carbon fiber pipe guard by Eline. I bought it from Dennis Kirk. They did'nt have one for my exhaust so I just bought a universal one that measured 6". It works great.

Tape it. Pipe wrap will work fine.
