Reinforcement rings

I am getting some douglas 190s. I want to get some red reinforcement rings for them and my stock rears. Can I get the rings for the stock rears? Where can I get them at?

i dont think the stock wheels actually ever need reinforcement rings, the whole point of the rings is because most after market wheels dont have a rolled edge so it is weaker than the stocks with the rolled edge. And i need to know how the rings are put in, are they welded or somethin else:confused:
