SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

finally after months of buying things and getting my R redone, engine wise, is thru.

Neil, thanks form the awsome job that you did.

well, the top end suffered a bore and port work, it ended up about 275 cc with the low-mid range port, added a curts sparks mx pipe, got vforce3 reeds, new piston, conecting rod, seals and bearings. got the stock carb to 180 main with 60 slow.

after two tanks of gas, took it to my mechanic and decided that we needed to repack the silincer (?) and tookit for a spin this saturday, oboy, does she rips.

i'm very happy with the outcome, had it drag race with a yfz450 with a withe bros pipe, and always very close.

also i change the position of the remote reservoirs, because i need space to put a small gas tank, you will see.

thnks

how can i determine the shape of the cut?, do i just draw a line and start cutting wherever i want?, or is there a mesurement that is standard like race cut?

theres no standard measurement.. wherever you feel is the right cut draw a line with a sharpie and cut slowly.. then trim and smoothen the edges.. looks really good..
