Hi
Im taking the quad riding very serious now, and i want to be good, a very good rider here in Norway!
and im on the right course.
i try to ride my 450r as much as i can.
all the other days i dont ride, i train.
strength training or im running long laps, jogging or running fast.
i just want to ask you guys how you train to get in a better body condition for atv racing. im asking you guys who ride mx, cause i do that. maby i can learn something from you.

ride as much as you can...ride a mountain bike when you have the time....

i ride as much as possible. when i cant ride i am lifting or running...but i am also a varsity wrestler in my high school, so im always in the best shape possible.

Cardio/endurance training is the main training you want to do.
To much strength training can have a negative effect....if you built to much muscle, you can actually get pumped up easier in a race.

i ride my BMX bike and mountain bike a lot on my quad track.(Its on a hillside so its very hard to peddle up the hills). Then i do sit-ups and push-ups. Then i also try to eat healthy so i don't get fat.:D

My training regimen includes a number of things:
Swimming, weightlifting, mountain biking, and of course, quad riding.

ive been runnin 2 miles a day and trying to do 2 motos every other day + plus racing on the weekends, but my motor hasnt been staying toghter.

i ride my 4wheeler when possible
i ride mountain bike usually everyday like 10 miles a lot of the days
i try to work out every night...but ive been forgetting about it lately..thanks for reminding me. lol.
