Well here it is in a nutshell. I have an 05 400ex with an FMF powerbomb header, FMF powercore 4, and a K&N Air Filter. What I am asking is what should I be jetted at and if I were to completely re-jet what should I set everything to? I am currently at a 152 main and moved the pin down three notches. I screwed my fuel to air out 3.5 turns but I think it is still rich. What should I be set at for optimum power?

i would try about a 160-165 main, 42 pilot and about 2.5 turns out on the air screw. this is jsut a place to start, you would have to fine tune form there as every bike is different.

I have the same set-up just a different header brand and muffler. I jetted with a 162 main and 42 pilot and it runs excellent

on my 02 400 with a powerbomb, hmf s/o, and k&n i was at a 162 main and 40 pilot, 2 1/4 turns, 3 notches. should get you pretty close.

My 06 is at 158M- 40P- 2 1/2 turns out With an HMF s/o and a UNI. I was at 160 with my K&N but, being in PA I had to change because K&N doesn't stop the fine dust.
