Chain Ugh

I have a really big problem with my ex sometimes when i ride the chain either gets really loose or tightens up really bad and i had taken it to the dealership to get service and they messed it up i think. Yesterday it came off times and flipped and hurt myself really bad if anyone could help please.

Are you sure those four bolts that clamp the cam mechanism down are tight? By now, the carrier is probably destroyed if it's spinning around in the swingarm.

Take the toolkit allen wrench and see if you can adjust the chain tensioner carrier/cam system without loosening the four hex-head bolts. If the carrier moves and the bolts are tight, start tearing the axle assembly down. Something is broken.
