sold my 450 today....kinda sad but its time for me to move on to new things...need a new vehicle soon. i still have a stock 400ex that the family shares so ill definitly still be riding.

check this pic out...last time ill be seeing her. really cool guys that bought it, im happy its going to a good home....

03, 12in lift on 40's. shouldve seen the look on my face when this rolled up into my driveway

not sure what i want as a vehicle though,,,,a 4xcyl car would probably be my smartest choice because of gas and i'll be commuting to college. thinking maybe a 1.8t jetta or 2.5 altima. any opinions?

at least your's is going to good home.i sold my DVX400.the guy that bought it used to ride it by my house every other day.im hard on mine but i know how to ride it.he's hard on his because he dont know how to ride it.i tried riding with him but he end's up wrecking into me or hitting tree's.he will rev every gear out and stays on the rev limiter.he will be in 5th gear and just slam the gears down.i went to his house to see why he hasn't been riding the last 3 weeks and you would not beleave what he has done to the DVX400.need's all three set's of brake's,front and rear bearings, steering stem bushing's,need's new a-arm's _the ball joint popped out, need's tie rod-bent,chain is gone, need's sprockets bad, rear tire's bald, handlebars bent, missing hand guard bracket, the net is missing out of the nerfbar on brake side, dont have a bumper on it,and by the way it dose not run.he's said that he took it to get it checked and they told him that he need's a cam chain, valves adjusted.man that made me so made at myself for saleing to him.i should have not sold it and let my G/F ride it.so long for my old DVX.

Sucks that you had to sell it, but it really sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders! Don't worry, after you have your college education, you will be able to buy the hottest quad on the market and do whatever you want to it!

Sometimes you have to sacrafice smaller things in life for for the bigger picture!:)

the subaru wrx imprezas are awsome, i love the awd and the motor but to get a used one with reasonable miles its a couple g's out of my price range.

the jettas are real nice, i like them alot with some minor mods and used ones are in my price range...definitly an option

im also thinking about going the midsize truck route like a dakota or s-10. i found a really nice 02 dakota crew cab with the 4.7....if i sold my current s.u.v. i could afford it. i like that i would be able to go onto the beach(5min away from my house) and tow if i ever needed to unlike if i had a car. gas wouldnt be as good but in 2 years i will be cruising around town on a drz400 supermoto that gets 50mpg

dakota that i really like: http://www.cars.com/go/search/detail.jsp;?tracktype=usedcc&searchType=21&pageNumber=0&numResultsPerPage=50&largeNumResultsPerPage=0&sortorder=descending&sortfield=PRICE+descending&certifiedOnly=false&criteria=K-%7CE-%7CM-_12_%7CB-11000%7CD-_474_%7CN-N%7CR-100%7CI-1%7CP-PRICE+descending%7CQ-descending%7CZ-11933&aff=newsday&paId=228633370&recnum=4&leadExists=true

id say get rid of the cap and you'd have a nice ride. that looks to be in pretty nice condition and pretty low mileage considering the year...i cant wait for a dual sport as well
