So my friends dad owns a construction company and we get to use all the equipment. We built a mx track a few years ago and recently we put in a new 33 foot double. I was the first one to try it. The first time went smoothly, but the second time i came off at a straight down angle. I mean i was facin the ground. I hit the landing ramp and went over he bars head first. I split my right collar bone in two and shoved it up into my shoulder. ANd i tore a muscle that runs along your spine. So im in serious pain. The worst thing is, i turn 16 in a week. SO i cant get my liscense until my collar bone heals! just thought i would share my story

damn that sucks man. i hope you heal up fast. just think about it, you'll be driving your whole life, so whats the big deal about loosing a couple months.

ahh, that sucks. broken collar bones are no fun. i snapped mine back in july 05' and my shoulder still pops funny sometimes, but atleast it doesnt hurt. get well.

My buddy broke his collar bone in Febuary 07 in three spots and had to get surgery and all that shart and he was just now May 07 released to use it fully and everything so hopefully yours isn't that bad or you might have to wait a while to get that license.

dont feel bad i wrecked the same exact way you did.my whole back was bleeding.i had a helmet on some my head is still attached.my back was scabbed up for 3 week's.

yea i did have my helmet on...it left a nasty bruise on the side of my neck. But thanks everyone for the reply's

Learn from your mistakes bro! Hope ya get better soon though and get that license! Age 16 is fun, just dont do nothing and lose that license...
