Since you dont save any money by doing both at the sametime Ive decided to get ahead and just get either the front or rear done now and the other half done in a month.

Which should I get done first?
Get the fronts revalved and springed?

Or get the rear revalved and respringed with a new rear linkage?

Why the rear first?

looks like Ill get the rear done first then.

Now what about getting the rear shock done or +2 aarms, which would you do first?

rear

the fronts are good, the rebound is valved too fast. that causes the rear to buck up and almost go over or put the rider over the bars.
both the 400ex and 450r's suffer from this

I plan on getting a swingarm shortly after getting the rear shock revalved. Should I let GT thunder know this? Or does it not make a difference?

I dont know wether to go with a +1 up to a +4. Im not sure what Ill need.
Ill be doing mx, tt, and flat track racing.

NO XC

Any help would be appreciated thanks

Definatly tell him this and +1.25 is plenty for MX. Or if you have an 06 or 07 then it should be +.5. Talk to Laz just email him

I would wait til the end of the month and do both at the same time. Doing one and not the other, no matter whether its front or back, isn't a good idea.

The rebound has nothing to do with the bucking in the rear shock, neither does the linkage. The rear shock locks up when you hit something hard this is because the stock compression adjuster can't flow enough oil. This is all fixable but not by changing the link.
