Hipers lets Trade 3-2 for 4-1

I just bought a full set of Hipers and the fronts were suppose to be 4-1.... They weren't... I would like to trade 3-2 for 4-1's. They have itp holeshot mx tires on them. AT19x6-10... They have 80% left on them.
