Tag bar question

I have a set of TAG T2 bars on my 400ex, when riding or if you take your hand and bang on the grips a tinging sound comes from the bars. Any ideas why? Are these bars double wall construction? the steering is tight and so are the clamps it almost sound as if something came loose inside of the handlebars. Has anyone ever filled the bars with something? I was thinking of getting a can of great stuff expanding foam and squirting it in there. any help would be great.Thanks in advance.

They aren't double wall or anything like that. Sounds like either something is loose or you have some debris stuck inside your bars. Only way to find out what is inside there is to poke a hole in a grip/remove it and empty out whatever is in there.

you might have a rock in there mine only do that when i hit a rock or metal on the bars
