i have a 400ex with 6 one inch uni air vents in my lid, twin air airfilter, grinded welds in header and stock exhaust. i live about 625 feet above sea level. right now i have a 42 pilot jet (but it still does not start in cold with out the choke) and a 150 main jet in. the needle and the skrew is in the stock positon. right now the very tip of the plug is not light brown but the bend on the plug is a good color. don't know if i need to go to a 152, 155 or what? i am not sure where i need to be getting this light brown color at on the plug. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
