my quads bored .025 over. whats the displacement now? what kind of power difference will i notice compared to stock?

none. .025 over is almost nothing, just a bore clean up.

.025"(inches) gives you a 85.635mm Bore (Stock is 85mm), so that gives you 403CC (cylinder)

You are .5mm overbore with about .006" clearance for the piston expansion, sounds about right. Piston expansion depends on piston size and material.

What piston did you put in it?

Just for reference

1mm overbore (86mm) is 406cc
2mm overbore (87mm) is 416cc
3mm overbore (88mm) is 426cc

Here is the formula
Bore(mm) x Bore(mm) x.7854 x Stroke(mm)

85 x 85 x .7854 x 70=397.216 (397cc)

wow thank you alot (not being sarcastic if it sounds like it) thats excactly what i was looking for and so if i multiply bore x bore x. 7854 x stroke and that will tell me what the cc of anything is. thanks for the help
