kickstarter extension for ktm hybrid

I am putting a KTM 450sx motor in a 400ex frame. I need to make a kicker extension. What are some ways other people have done it. I would love to see some pictures also. Are the splines the same as any other bike. Let me know how everyone has done theirs. Thanks ;)

Buy a nother kick start nuckle. Weld a 1" pipe between the 2 and you got a kick start about 2 inches longer than stock. Thats the only way i know of how to make one. Its cheep.
