Where to buy a 38 mm A/S

I am going to purchase a 38 mm a/s and am wondering where is the best place to buy. I appreciate all feedback.

There are 2 people on Ebay selling them with one persons starting bid at $170. ESR sells them with a bunch of jets for $200. And I think Magic Racing sells them for the same price as ESR but with either a thumb or twist throttle cable. One other option is ordering it directly from Sudco pre-jetted for your setup.
