I just installed a parking brake block off plate, I pulled the cable off, but now the brake mechanism at the clutch lever rattles. Is there some kind of spacer to put in the lever to eliminate the parking brake locker, or do I have to buy a new clutch lever? Thanks...

replace it with an EZ pull lever, you'll be much happier.

You have to replace the stock clutch and e-brake perch with an after-market clutch perch and lever ($25.00-$105.00). Ensure you connect the 2 wires from the stock set up or the quad will not start in gear even with the clutch pulled in.

Yeah, once you pull the whole parking brake cable and assembly off you should just get a new lever. I recommend ASV.

I bought a reconditioned ASV F3 Clutch Lever and Perch for $45.00 off Ebay. ASV auctions off a lot of recondition items on Ebay. Best of all it looked BRAND NEW and came with a 1 year free replacement warranty.
I attached a picture of it installed on my quad. It even adjustable to your specific hand size.

You dont absolutly have to replace w/ an aftermarket lever. I pulled mine and didnt have my ASV ordered yet so for the time being i went to home depot and looked through their hardware dept. and got a plastic spacer that fit well w/ a washer on either side of it. Will work if u dont wanna get an aftermarket or hold u over till u get one.
