the only bore kit available for the 250s is made by powroll and it cost a few bucks. go to the 250ex section, there will be more help there.

and to answer your question, sorry but no way.

take the 250ex motor out and put a 400ex motor in lol

You could, but with the money spent you might have well bought a 450
