Looking to get some extended A-Arms and Elka shocks for a 2007 400ex.
What is the differance between Long Travel and Standard Travel A-Arms.
Will probably be just doing trail riding mostly.
Long Travel a arms require long travel shocks because the arms relocate the shock mount on the arms farther down. This gives you more suspension travel. For just trail riding it wouldn't be worth it to buy the LT just get the ST shocks and arms. Hope I helped

I would just get standard travel. Long travel dont really mean you are really gaining all that much wheel travel. +2 arms are way cheaper than long travel anywawys (have no clue y).
