db rating for ti-4?

anyone know the db rating for a fmf titanium 4 exhaust with the mid-pipe and stock header? And does anyone know the legal limit in PA? i keep reading different db's. Thanks

No idea on an actual db rating, but I can tell it is quieter than a HMF slip on.

My Ti-4 is just slightly louder than the HMF with a a quiet core in, but that is with the smaller tip they sell and and PowerBomb header which I am told quiets it down. Never done db test on any of our pipes but I can say how they compare.
