I put a 15t front sprocket on my 05 and now the damn thing has a very slight wobble...also my case saver ( i think that is what it is called, the peice of metal that goes in between the sprocket and the case, barely fits in there. it looks like its gonna rub, but i haven't rode it yet to see, so any help would be appreciated cause im new to this stuff.

It is normal to have a little play in the countershaft sprocket, don't worry about it. As far as the stock case saver, you can either grind it down until it clears or buy an aftermarket case saver....make sure it is for a pre-05 EX since those models already came with the 15T countershaft from the factory. I run a big 16T on my 2000 EX with a Nac's case saver...I simply ground it down until the chain cleared.
