high idle cable

i have my motor out .and was wondering is there a way i can leave the cable for the high idle off? and what do you use to plug up the hole where it connects on the throttle body?thanks for the reply's.oh and by the way i want it off cause it is useless.

no i'm not saying the ltr motor is useless.you are funny calm down tough guy.i'm saying the high idle cable is useless.atleast it is to me.sorry didn't mean to piss anybody off.just wanted some help.
