i was told this past weekend about an oil that came in a small can and you mix it just before you race and it was more flamable that other oils, does anyone have any idea what the name is. Is their any oil that give you more hp than another one.

I don't believe oil alone will make more hp. But I suppose the less friction the more sustained power. I use Amsoil Dominator mixed 50:1 and I am very happy. Just today I replaced the piston and the inside of the cylinder and crank area was all red.

50:1 what are you afraid of? Amsoil Dominator is the best, they gurantee it in writting... Come on, go 4 it.
We run 75:1 & upto 80:1 during winter months...
I can not stand extra oil dripping out of the pipe onto me, the wifey' doesn't like the stains either...

I have heard the Amsoil is good for 100 to 1... Just can't bring myself to that!

I may bump upto 60 to1...

I have seen the best out put results with Amsoil 100:1 saber oil.

Very good stuff but it has to be pre mixed, no injection.

we have been running the amsoil since day 1 of our DRR..
6 races and lots of practice time later I had to tear it down cause the rings got worn from a sandy weekend.. Anyhow the topend piston, needle bearing and everything looked bran spankin new all but the black crusty sand ontop of the piston dome.. (not an oil problem)

we are sticking with amsoil dominator at 50to1.....

What octane gas are you guys using. The standard hi octane is 91 here. Would the octane be a regional thing also?
