There is a track down the hill from me and a buddy of mine was down there a couple weeks ago and he wrecked really bad :( , he punctured his lung and his kidney broke 8 ribs put a big gash in his head and a couple more things I cannot remember but if you could pray for him that would be awsome...

Make sure your buddy knows everyone is praying for him...praying has been proven to be more effective when the person being prayed for knows about it.
