i used it, and it peels, its like a thin clear coat, i didnt think it was worth the time, it took me like 1 hour on only one 400ex black side panel, wel thats just my opinion, i didnt like it

I didn't like it either. I was actually looking for someone who had posted a solution to buffing out the small scratches made by the sandpaper. Let me tell you agian, I didn't like it! The product does make you plastic shine. If I was going to do it agian I would not have done any of the sanding and only allpyed the re-new-r.

it works great when you put it on but if you dont keep reapplying it then your plastic will start to look bad, I used it for a while on my 300ex and after I stopped putting it on it looks bad now

what if i just use the chemical, and do any of the sanding? will it still come out looking good?

thx

with same directions as the kit ..."mop & glo" works very similar

I put it on my 300 2 months ago and it still looks good to me. But considering mine was spray painted green when I got it and I used paint stripper and sand paper to gat that off anything was a improvement. But all of my friends comment on how good it looks.

i had it, i absolutely hate it. it chips, makes ur plastic look rough, and it is a pain in the ***** to get off, when u hav 6 or 7 coats of it on. paint thinner works the best though. i am goina give that maxima silicone a try. i like the thought of it, so i will se wut its like

my friend used silicone on his 300ex plastic, you need to make sure you put it on in the shade, and if the plastic gets bent at all it'll make lots of little crease marks, it looks good though
