alright, right now my yfz is geared at 13/38. 13 being 1 tooth lower than stock in the front and 38 stock rear. i love the power this combo has but i want a little more speed for the sand flats yet retain my torque for the woods. my current chain is stretched pretty badly and the sprokets are starting it show wear so im buying a whole kit and im going to regear.
my question is, how close is 13/36 gearing to 13/38 and 14/38? im looking to gear it up just a little bit but be inbetween 13/38 and 14/38. i was thinking a 36 or 37 rear, any ideas?
