Anybody know an easy way to adjust the fuel screw on the bottom of a 300ex carb? I don't feel like going out and buying a 30 dollar tool for a quad i hope to be rid of in a week. And i don't want to take all the plastic off to adjust it with a screwdriver. My 300 picked today to start running like crap, needs some fine tuning. Must be because it was 40 degrees warmer when i jetted it, but i can't imagine it would be that presice. it acts like it running out of gas, but if it wound up it acts fine. that's what makes me think pilot screw. i checked and cleaned the fuel filter and the air filter. Any suggestions on that either?

Get a long flathead screwdriver and put a 90* bend in it.
