Trade straight up? Only worn a few times, and are too big for me. I need a size 11. These are size 13.

I am a 9.5 and the 11's are a big as it is. Was told to get bigger size and normally I just get a 10 but I took some well intended advice and it is working out poorly. So a size 13 is not going to work for me...sorry.
