Whats needed to out a set in?

I might have a good line on a set, but I have done some reading on these sites, and not really found the answer yet. Special lube used or just a silcone based lubricant, and also inflating the ball itself any special need or anything? And just quick question you install them then the tire correct?

Yes, its just silicone oil. Extra vergin olive oil will work as well. We sell an inexpensive hand pump or an inflator that hooks to your air compressor.
You install the balls in the tire then mount on the rim.
