FOR BIG TRACKS GO UP 1 INTHE FRONT AND DOWN 2 IN THE BACK AND FOR SMALLER TRACKS UP 1 IN THE FRONT.

completely depends on the track, the best way to do it if you don't have experience at that specific track to play with it during practice laps and maybe even during heats if you don't have much practice time, see what works best
