E-brake wires

Hi, What are the wires for on e-brake and clutch lever mount for?
what do I need to do with them to change mount and do away with the e-brake? Thanks

i beleive that sensor is there so u can start the quad in gear. so if u have the quad in gear and try to start it with out the clutch nothing will happen but if u take it off the quad will lurch forward. i just strapped mine out of the way when i got my ASV levers.
