yes it runs and its complete, will consider trades for dirtbike or 400cc or larger atv:D

I have a 2001 300ex that has seen some miles. The spline is stripped off the counter shaft. It's an $80.00 dollar part but i don't have the time to split the case and change it. Motor still runs strong, and tranny shifts good. Does have 400ex shocks up front.
