I'm sick of looking at my brand new Sparks header peeling ceramic coating, and more mud isn't making it any better...does anyone here have exhaust wrap? how does it work? easy to put on? What's a cheap brand to get?

I doubt it can trap moisture, and if it does it will just burn off, the header gets really hot.

i used it on my tc pipe and as long as u run the quad and get the header hot it will be fine. You can buy the wrap at any auto srore. All u have to do is wrap it around and like staple it together, idk if it works

Yes it will trap moisture. As the pipe cools moisture will collect inside and under the header wrap and it will rust out the pipe much faster than without the wrap. I tried it on an old cobra POS I had and it rusted out in just one season with it on there. I suggest getting the pipe re-coated. It will last MUCH longer that way.

a good ceramic coating will not flake. Try Jet Hot or HP Coatings.
