IT has a slow throttle response and Its bogging with throttle wide open. I have a high flow exhaust aftermarket air intake with KandN filter with no air box Dyno jet kit with 140 main jet and the needle setting is fifth from the top. mixture screw is 3 turns. any suggestions??

You only have a 140 main? with a pipe,no air box and a k&n, i think for starters your main is a little small but the type of pipe would be helpful.

Even though DJ's run on a smaller scale then Keihin jets, a 140 does seem small for your intake mods.

Yeah i'd definately say your way too lean. The best thing would be to go out and grab a 55 leak to get rid of the bog, an adjustable crf needle, and then start your main at 162, and buy a few sizes higher as well to try. That should get rid of your problem.

^^^^^^Exactly what he said. ^^^^^^

165 main, 42 slow, 55 leak, CRF needle in the middle clip.. 2-2 1/2 turns out! Start there! ;)

I have excatly what TMS said except a HMF needle with an added boyesen quickshot. It runs good, but still has some hesitation when your hardly on the throttle. I think I'm going to send it to Tokyo Mods next week...
