He likes it alot.he REALLY likes the rear !
Hes used to a cut front fender so I think he will like racing with it .

The front fenders done serve much purpose for mud anyhow. lol

He has not rode the Hybrid, nor will he until its HIS.
If he wrecks Kelseys quad , I dont want to be ANYHWERE near when she got ahold of her Brother:eek2: :p

His Bday party is today and we got him some Rockstar sitckers to add as well.
The only problem is now theres less places to put stickers. LOL :p
When my Husbnad has some free time to PC his own nerfs, were probaby going to re-do Brandons heel guards as the PC for some reason didnt turn out and is not holding well.

Awesome quad!!! The cut fenders really make it look like a screamer.

Is the left hand hydraulic brake lever standard on that quad?

I have to get/fabricate some heel guards for the nerfs on our Viper so I was checking out your pics pretty closely..I'm not sure what you mean when you say "PC"?..I was going to make something very similar to what you are running..Are you having a problem with that design?

Powdercoating. ;)
It didnt hold well on his for some reason, they even had a dif. texture than what was on my Daughters.ALOT more course, hers was really smooth and will wash up nicely.

No problems what so ever(knock on wood!:p )

We liked them enough that we custom fit them also on my Daughters Hybrid :)

We had rivets we had to close up with welds on my Daughters cause they wouldnt hold. But all is good now.

i use a small air saw, layout the cut lines with a piece of masking tape find points to measure from cut along the line, take the edge of a razor blade and lightly scrape the edge, ten if you want take a small propane torch and heat the edge it will soften up the edge and look near factory, or ken give me a call and ill do them for you.:)

We heated up ours with a small propane torch also and cleaned the edges up with a file and razor as well.

We always have used a dremel, but personally they dont work as that well, thats all I had in the garage at the time but the torch does make a nice smooth edge when your done .:)

drr5,did ya git'er done?!!:blah:
