I got two nails in my front tire. I was wondering if there was anything that i needed to know before i plug it up? Like what kind of plug or does it change the balance or anything.
I'm so F'en pissed cause the tires are only 3 weeks old!!!

jus use regular plugs and a plug tool (local walmart has it in automotive) and after you get it in there light it on fire. then blow it out. and either cut off the excess stickin out or let it wear off. if you cuz it leave enought so it dont slip thru the tire.

why do you want to light it? i got a couple plugs in the side wall of my front tire and was thinking about putting a tube in it. would that be better than the plugs in it or will the tire rip more with the tube in it and nothing where the plugs were.

I wouldn't use a tube cuz then if your out on a trail and get a flat then you can't just plug it you have to take it all off and what not!!!! Learned this from experience this summer at a jamboree w/ my nephews 250EX and what a pain in the butt we had to bring a trailer and throw it on there!!! Just my .02 worth:D

I had so many plugs in my stock front tires. It looked like it had Dred Locks.

But plugging it and puttin some SLIME in it is your best bet.

I always carry some plugs and a co2 inflator with me on the trails. They can come in very handy:cool:

LMAO!

Just plug it. I like to use a lot of galvanizing glue when I plug a hole. It just adds a little reassurance that the plug aint comming out. Heck I have one hole in a back tire with three plugs folded over in the holel It still holds air and I jump, race and hill climb with it. I use Black Jack tire plugs. there so sticky they stick to my hands at work and don't come off till I get home:huh
