Well a month or so ago i had too get rid of my blown 450 bc i couldnt afford it so now i start building up a 400 and then today i go riding and everytime i shift into 2nd it likes cuts out like crazy likes its the transmission and makes a loud clicking noise...anyone had this happen or can help me out?? thanks in advance and also this started after mudding if that helps.

sounds like a cog or something is stripped. May be try a clutch kit.

could possibly be a broke shift fork, but id stop running it untill ya find out
